Setting up new headquarters

The request

The client, a well-known Italian company, leader in logistics, requested the support of PromiGroup, for the IT supply and installation of audiovisual devices in its new headquarters in Milan.

The Mission

Adhering to the clearly delineated timelines derived from a schedule that included our activities close to user input.
In addition to setting up the offices, the reception desk station with a digital signage screen was also to be built.

The Project

A monitor with dual adjustable articulating arms has been provided in all executive offices so that viewing can be enjoyed from both the workstation and the meeting table.
A wireless presentation system and a video conferencing apparatus based on BYOD (bring your own device) systems were also connected to the monitor.

The realization

Our technicians performed the installations respecting the constraints set by the client’s architect in order to make the offices elegant and without any kind of blemish.
In addition, the reception desk monitor was recessed into the niche in front of the elevator, ensuring a high level of aesthetics, as desired.
